Role Overview As a Digital Growth & Personalization Manager, you'll be the strategic advisor and thought partner to our Digital Strategy team—helping define what to test, why it matters, and what the results mean for our customers. You'll own the intersection of customer research, testing strategy, and stakeholder guidance, building a testing roadmap grounded in deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys. This is a hands-on strategic role where you'll launch tests yourself, present findings, and become the trusted expert voice of site optimization and personalization. Responsibilities Test and personalization strategy: Define what should be tested and personalized and why. Guide teams with optimization best practices and refine test hypotheses with stakeholders to ensure rigor. Own roadmap management: Build and manage a quarterly testing roadmap grounded in customer research and business priorities. Customer journey research: Initiate your own research to understand friction points, user segments, and behavior patterns across our B2B buyer journey. Synthesize findings into actionable testing hypotheses and personas.
