What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), qualified within the last 2-3 years, Recent Big 4 audit experience is Top 10 firm experience will also be considered
Nice to Have
Proven experience working with large data capability in Power Query and Power BI is desirable
What You'll Do.
Strengthen financial controls
Support balance sheet reconciliation
Act as key contact for external auditors
Handle and analyse large data sets
Own and deliver non-statutory revenue and controls audit
Maintain audit and control documentation
Improve automation and streamline processes
Collaborate with Finance Shared Services
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide ad hoc financial control support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Close collaboration with offshore finance teams; Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders; Collaborate effectively with Finance Shared Services in India; Providing clear guidance and responding promptly to queries
Communication Scope
interpersonal and communication skills; explain financial and technical concepts clearly
