What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor degree in Business/Computer Science, 6+ years working experience in Insurance, healthcare and financial industry, Experience driving/executing applications/digital platforms/data management projects, Experience managing large scale change initiatives, Experience leading major cross function teams in projects, Proficient in English and Chinese written and presentation skills
Nice to Have
Post graduate degree is a plus, Technical programming (Python/Java/SAS) skills is a plus, Data analytics (SQL/Oracle/PowerBI/Tableau etc) skills is a plus, Mandarin-speaking is a plus, Exposure to application of GenAI is an advantage
