They create content, manage communities, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to support broader business goals. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities * Develop Social Media Strategy — Build and execute strategies aligned with business objectives to grow engagement and reach. * Content Creation & Curation — Produce platform-specifc posts, graphics, videos, and stories that resonate with target audiences. * Email Marketing Campaigns — Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters and automated workfows. * Account Management — Manage and optimize daily posting schedules across multiple platforms. * Community Engagement — Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong audience relationships. * Analytics & Reporting — Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide insights to improve campaigns. * Trend Monitoring — Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant. * Paid Campaign Support — Assist in planning and optimizing paid social campaigns.
