PLUS Communications leads award-winning campaigns integrating public affairs, corporate communications, digital, advertising and media buying. PLUS means more! PLUS Communications is seeking a creative and hard-working Director to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day. **Responsibilities will include:** * Execute digital strategies for public affairs clients, translating senior leadership direction into effective campaigns * Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables * Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing content, campaign execution, and performance tracking * Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring strong team output * Collaborate with internal teams, including Design and Digital Advertising, to develop and launch campaign assets * Draft and edit client-facing materials, including content, reports, and presentations **Requirements** The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: * 4-6 years experience * Previous experience working at an agency is preferred * Exceptional writing ability * Proven track-record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels * Experience using digital/social media tools for issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns * Ability to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects * Meticulous attention to detail * Previous experience with digital marketing, political campaigns and/or public affairs projects * Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing **Benefits** We offer competitive compensation with an opportunity for a year-end bonus.
