The Digital Developer will support the day-to-day development, performance monitoring, and operational support of our corporate website. This role sits within Digital Marketing and works closely with paid media, analytics, UX, and external agencies to assist with keeping the website reliable, performant, and aligned with marketing initiatives. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Website Development & Platform Management Support development and ongoing updates to the WordPress site hosted on WP Engine, including updates to existing themes, plugins, and integrations Implement front‑end and back‑end enhancements using modern best practices (PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML) Perform routine platform maintenance tasks, including security updates and coordination across environments (dev / stage / prod) Assist with releases, deployments, and testing activities in partnership with internal stakeholders and agencies Website Operations & Performance Monitor site performance, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and uptime, escalating issues as needed Work with the Search team to help identify and address technical issues impacting SEO, paid media landing pages, or conversion paths Follow established operational processes for documentation, change management, QA, and incident tracking Help maintain website health, including backups and routine platform checks Analytics, Tagging & Optimization Support Support Google Tag
