Full Job Description

Our client in the UK is looking for a versatile designer to join the team permanently. This is a broad role that touches almost every part of the business - customer-facing creative work, production graphics, UI designs for our data visualisation products, and working on developing the design systems that underpin them. It's a role that rewards genuine range: the ability to shift between a brand campaign brief and a stat pack template, between a motion graphics package and a Figma component, without losing quality in the transition. Everyone on the team has real ownership of their work and real impact on the product and the brand - this role is no different. ### Responsibilities * **Customer graphics** — campaign assets, social graphics, broadcast-ready visuals, and branded content for football clubs, media companies, and athletes. * **T3 Studios and video production** — graphics packages, motion-ready assets, templates, and visual support for our studios and production team. * **Stat pack design** — our stat packs are used by some of the world's leading broadcasters and rights holders as on-air production tools. Data-rich, visually precise, and built to perform in a broadcast environment. * **Toolbox template design** — our Toolbox platform lets clients generate their own graphics. You'll design templates that sit inside the product, balancing creative quality with the constraints of a data-driven system. * **Design systems** — we have two design systems: one for our stat packs and one for the Toolbox UI. You'll contribute to both by building out components, maintaining consistency, and helping us scale without losing quality. **Requirements** * Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. * Proficiency in Figma. * Experience designing for multiple output formats — social, digital, and broadcast. * Comfortable working across multiple projects and briefs simultaneously without dropping quality. * High standards visible in portf
