Must Have
4-6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum Digital environments, 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity, Ability to interpret software delivery team performance metrics, leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team, Solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent experience
