Job Description OneTrust is looking for a hands-on Digital CX Developer to implement, customize, and optimize features across our customer portal and community platform. As a key technical resource within the DCX team, you’ll bring customer journeys to life through backend configuration, integrations, and automation, empowering a seamless, self-service experience at scale. This role bridges engineering, digital strategy, and customer enablement. You’ll work closely with UX, Ops, and Product teams to rapidly deploy platform enhancements and backend improvements that fuel adoption and engagement. Key Responsibilities Development & Implementation Build, configure, and maintain features and integrations in the digital platforms. Develop, test, and document solutions within Salesforce using both declarative and coded functionality Maintain existing Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) across the Salesforce platform Create new Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and LWCs across the Salesforce platform Overseeing the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce Platform {Salesforce Service Clo
