What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience developing and publishing content (including news) on digital and social platforms is preferred, BAS degree, preferably in Journalism, Communications, or a related field with an emphasis on digital publishing, Stellar communication skills and the ability to work productively in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Nice to Have
Experience with video and photo editing (Adobe Creative Cloud is a major plus)

Produce high-impact text stories
and social media elements
Reach and engage audiences across Facebook
and emerging platforms
Identify and implement innovative ways to use AI tools to streamline content workflows and enhance our digital storytelling capabilities
Optimize every piece of content for Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Monitor real-time analytics to pivot strategies based on performance
Serve as the bridge between the newsroom and our digital platforms
ensuring breaking news is delivered with speed and accuracy
Work with the Group Content Team and other FTS markets to distribute high-interest stories at scale
