Key job responsibilities - Content Management: Maintain and update the digital content catalog to ensure accuracy and relevance. - Data Entry & Reporting: Input and manage metadata for various content types, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Keep a track on all the activities performed for the day. - Collaboration: Work within team and take ownership in various activities. Actively participate in calibration, team hurdles and share suggestions. - Problem identification: Give attention to the daily process and share the challenges with supervisors for improvement.
