Microsoft Office products and applications, C1+ or equivalent fluency in English, Advanced reading comprehension, Ability to analyze complex business documents, Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions, Proficient research skills, Experience gathering and synthesizing information, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Perform quality checks on web pages, Execute test case instructions, Report discrepancies on new PV Sports features, Perform QA checks on Sports detail pages, Continuously adapt and learn new features, Follow the QA SOP, Understand testing procedures and guidelines, Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises, Be aware of operations metrics, Compliance to these Metrics, Compliance to SLA requirements, Compliance to QA guidelines, Compliance to team and personal goals, Check and/or fix metadata, Check and/or fix image assets, Check and/or fix subtitles assets, Check and/or fix audio assets, Check and/or fix video assets, Make judgment based decisions, Follow a standard operating procedure, Working knowledge of MS office
Nice to Have
1+ year experience in an English contact center, Demonstrated analytical and logical skills, Verbal and written communication skills, Proven ability on internal and external stakeholder management, Comfort working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment, Ability to work with minimal supervision
