The Opportunity As our Digital Comms & Content Manager, you'll own how Multiverse shows up online — across social, search, and the fast-emerging landscape of AI-generated information. That means building a consistent drumbeat of content that tells real learner and employer stories, leading our SEO and AEO strategy, and making sure that when someone searches for Multiverse — or asks an AI about us — they find an accurate picture of the quality of what we do. This isn't a scheduling role. You'll build the strategy, own the channels, and bring sharp recommendations to senior leadership with the same confidence you bring to finding the human moment in a learner outcome. Once you're here, you will: - Build and maintain a consistent drumbeat of positive, engaging content across Multiverse's social channels, telling the stories of the learners, employers and apprentices whose careers and businesses are being transformed by a different approach to skill development - Develop and execute a strategy for how Multiverse shows
