Must Have

Experience in Key Account Management, E-Commerce, Digital Platforms, FMCG Commercial roles, Hands-on experience managing digital platforms, marketplaces, social commerce channels, understanding of performance metrics such as GMV, ROAS, conversion, traffic drivers, Experience executing campaigns, promotions, content activations in a commercial environment, Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse dashboards and translate insights into actions

Nice to Have

Familiarity with TikTok, social commerce, short-form content ecosystems, coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners, High attention to detail with execution discipline and follow-through, Ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities, Proactive and solution-oriented approach with a commercial mindset
