As the Digital Business Analyst , you will identify and prioritise business needs and then work with our teams to deliver high quality Digital solutions on time and on budget. You will work closely with the product owner, senior stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors to envisage, shape, elicit, analyse, model, communicate and deliver new initiatives and features. The core responsibilities of this role will be: * Work with the Digital BA Lead, Senior Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Owners and other stakeholders to discover and shape initiatives by the development of product vision, definition of features and scope etc. and support their delivery with Scrum teams. * Participate in discovery/shaping of new initiatives. * Select and use effective business analysis techniques to envisage, elicit, analyse, model and communicate features. * Support the identification, prioritisation, elaboration and delivery of high-value features on-time and on-budget. * Manage the initiative backlog for your assigned squad. * Understand the Jetstar Delivery Processes including Agile ways of working and release management. * Work with immediate and extended teams (including external vendors and agencies) to deliver high-quality Digital solutions that meet business needs. * As a BA you may be required to facilitate
