Must Have
3+ years experience HVAC, 3+ years experience BAS, 3+ years facilities operations, 3+ years controls experience, 3+ years electrical experience, 3+ years related technical fields, Troubleshoot mechanical systems, Troubleshoot control systems, Familiarity with BACnet, Familiarity with Modbus, Familiarity with LonWorks, Familiarity with building protocols, Understanding HVAC systems, Understanding sequences of operation, Understanding controls strategies, Computer proficiency, Comfort using multiple software applications simultaneously
Nice to Have
Experience with Niagara, Experience with Metasys, Experience with Siemens Desigo, Experience with Honeywell, Experience with Delta, Experience with KMC
What You'll Do.
Remotely monitor building systems
Remotely troubleshoot building systems
Remotely optimize building systems
Analyze system performance data
Troubleshoot HVAC issues
Troubleshoot controls issues
Troubleshoot electrical issues
Troubleshoot facility system issues remotely
Coordinate dispatch activities
Create service tickets
Create escalation reports
Support customer communication
Support incident response activities
Assist with system health reporting
Assist with performance analysis
Participate in OT cybersecurity monitoring
Document recommendations
Document corrective actions
