Read further to learn how you could help make great things possible not only in your community, but around the world.  •Lead, coach, and develop a team of platform administrators, developers, and citizen-development enablement resources; set goals, provide feedback, and support career development. •Own   the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise low-code automation platforms across Microsoft and Google ecosystems. •Establish and enforce platform governance, including environment/project provisioning, data loss prevention (DLP) and policy controls, access management, standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management. •Oversee platform administration, monitoring, reliability, capacity, licensing/subscriptions, and service health; manage incidents and problem management with IT partners. •Drive solution   delivery using platform capabilities (apps, workflows/automations, integrations, bots/agents where applicable, and analytics) from intake through design, build, test, release, and support. •Define and maintain reusable components, templates, connectors/integration patterns, and ALM/CI-CD approaches appropriate for low-code solutions. •Partner with Information Security, Risk/Compliance, Data Governance, and Enterprise Architecture to ensure secure-by-design and compliant implementations. •Enable and govern citizen development programs, including training, community of practice, intake/triage, solution reviews,
