Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Digital, or IT, 10+ years in digital, automation, or technology roles, Experience supporting technology scope in large capital projects, Expertise in Smart Manufacturing or Automation systems, Expertise in Data and digital platforms, Expertise in IT/OT architecture integration, Proven track record designing scalable digital or automation solutions
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Experience designing technology for long-term operational use, Experience translating business needs into digital scope, Experience working across global, matrix organizations, Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, Systems thinking and engineering mindset, Ability to balance innovation with practical solutions, Influencing and decision-shaping capability, Ability to operate across multiple projects, Excellent communication skills, Experience with external vendors and partners

Define digital scope and requirements
Provide leadership on digital design principles
Collaborate with Business Smart Manufacturing Organization
Deploy as Digital Lead on key projects
Influence engineering design and scope decisions
Ensure digital requirements are embedded from early phases
Challenge and optimize project scope
Partner with Engineering and Digital teams
Ensure digital components are integrated and scalable
Support definition of data strategies
Drive clarity on value and benefits
Capture and scale best practices
