Having just won **Campaign Brief’s Media Agency of the Year,** we are now excited to invite applications for the role of **Digital Associate** with our awesome team in **Perth.** **The role:** As a **Digital Associate,** you’ll gain hands-on experience across paid search, paid social, programmatic and emerging digital channels. You’ll learn how campaigns are set up, tracked, optimised and reported – building a strong technical and analytical foundation in a high-growth industry. You’ll work closely with experienced digital specialists who will mentor and support your development every step of the way. **Core responsibilities:** * Help set up and launch digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic tools * Support tracking and tagging (UTMs, pixels, conversion tracking) to ensure campaigns measure correctly * Monitor live campaigns for pacing and performance, flagging any issues or opportunities * Pull and prepare campaign reports using platform data and Excel * Assist with audience targeting, list uploads and remarketing setup * Coordinate creative assets to ensure ads meet platform specs and go live on time **A Bit About You:** * Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data and campaign setup * A curious mindset and passion for digital, tech and how advertising works online * Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * A team player who’s proactive, asks questions and is eager to learn * Confident communication skills (written and verbal) **Experience & Qualifications: ** * Less than 2 y
