**_Job Family_ :** Risk & Regulatory Compliance Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 50% **_Clearance Required_ :** None ** _What You Will Do_ ** Guidehouse is executing an ambitious growth strategy for its Digital Assets capability. We are seeking an Associate Director to lead **technology advisory and delivery** for Digital Asset initiatives at banks and fintechs. As an Associate Director, you will own solution architecture, platform selection, and end-to-end execution across DLT-based platforms, working directly with senior client stakeholders. Key Responsibilities will include: * Engagement Leadership: Oversee delivery of client engagements and advise on building blockchain product and infrastructure * Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with leadership on development and execution of strategic growth and new client acquisition by building and maintaining partner relationships with digital asset and traditional financial institutions * Cross-Practice Collaboration: Partner with Guidehouse specialty and non-specialty practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutions * Talent Development: Mentor and develop team members, while recruiting new talent to support this strategic growth initiative * Thought Leadership: Collaborate across practices to develop intellectual property and contribute to industry-leading insights * Executive Engagement: Manage senior-level relationships and align Digital Assets solutions to client needs, driving revenue and profitability ** _What You Will Need_ ** * Bachelor's degree * 7-10+ years of experience in FinTech, Banking Treasury, Capital Markets, or related financial and/or product roles * Experience delivering **blockchain or DLT platforms** within regulated financial institutions (banks, custodians, broker‑dealers, market infrastructure providers) * Proven experience leading **buy‑vs‑build decisions and vendor evaluations** and the ability to assess technical architecture, control models, roadmaps, and total cost of owne
