2–4 years of experience in settlements and reconciliations (digital asset or securities operations), Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation and reporting, High accuracy and attention to detail in transaction processing, Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-volume workloads, problem-solving skills for settlement exceptions, Effective communication for clear escalation and status reporting, Flexibility regarding working hours and working days (including week-ends)
Nice to Have
Knowledge of blockchain or digital asset workflows will be an advantage, Exposure to blockchain transaction flows, custody platforms, or on-chain reconciliation tools is advantageous, Understanding of blockchain fundamentals and transaction verification methods preferred
