Position Overview: Hasbro’s Global Development Organization is seeking a Digital Asset Administrator to join its Digital Asset Management (DAM) team and work onsite at our Shenzhen office. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Digital Assets, this role is pivotal in supporting DAM processes and workflows. The administrator ensures the secure, timely delivery of approved digital assets through content management systems, while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and customer service. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Project Management, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Quality Assurance, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of graphic assets. This role requires a strong understanding of digital workflows, proficiency with graphic software and Excel, and outstanding organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Graphic File Management and Preflight Support: Prepare and thoroughly inspect final graphic files to ensure compliance with detailed print and production requirements, including resolution, color fidelity, and file format standards. Collaborate seamlessly with Design and Project Management teams to evaluate project readiness before finalization, ensuring a smooth transition through the approval process within the digital workflow system. Systematically catalog, archive, and maintain all final graphic artwork, ensuring consistent organization and easy retrieval in the DAM system.
