Ability to align process with business objectives and drive continuous improvement, Proven SAP ERP delivery experience in the areas of SAP ARIBA, SAP MM, S/4 HANA sourcing and procurement etc., Enterprise-first makes decisions for the good of the whole organisation., High levels of influence, credibility, and presence with senior stakeholders., judgement and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity., Collaborative and able to align diverse groups behind a shared direction., Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements., Understanding how process design connects to data, systems, controls, and integration points.

What You'll Do.
Own global functional solution
and operations governance.
Define and maintain global solution blueprints
technical decision rights
Ensure standardization and harmonization of ERP solutions.
Enable business process design / continuous improvement activities.
Input into the design authority for the process.
Act as guardian of the global template during deployment waves.
Deliver ongoing BAU changes to legacy SAP ECC / APO landscape.
Deliver functional expertise to address ECC operational critical issues.
Accountable for Legacy SAP legacy systems lifecycle management.
Resolve cross-functional process issues
Minimise deviations to global standards and ensure adherence to governance frameworks.

Ensure business process availability to the business.
Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

The Digital and Tech Solution Owner: SOURCE TO PAY plays a critical role in ensuring Haleon’s Technology Platforms enable our enterprise processes to be designed, governed, and operated in a consistent, scalable, and future fit way. The Solution Owner is the **enterprise-wide technology enabler** of an end to end (E2E) global business process and is responsible for its functional design, delivery, service operation and continuous improvement across all functions and markets. This role sits at the centre of Haleon’s transformation — ensuring our processes evolve from legacy, fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardised, and digitally enabled ways of working unlock capacity across the organization, align to strategy, maintain compliance, and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda.
