Job Summary The Marketing Performance & Analytics Specialist partners closely with the Digital Experience Manager to measure, analyze and optimize the organization’s digital marketing performance across channels. This role combines strong marketing channel analytics capabilities with hands-on ownership of HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, reliable reporting and actionable insights that improve campaign and funnel outcomes. As the primary HubSpot super user and administrator, this individual is responsible for managing reporting infrastructure, dashboards, workflows and data hygiene, while partnering with Sales Enablement and Technology to ensure aligned data, accurate attribution and effective use of HubSpot – Salesforce integrations.
