About the Role A product & audience-focused Manager of Digital Analytics for CNBC that enables editorial and product teams with actionable insights. This role focuses on analyzing content performance, audience engagement, and consumption behavior across digital platforms, helping inform editorial strategy, audience development and product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with partners in editorial, product, engineering and business stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure consistent and accurate measurement of our digital products * Perform ad hoc analysis using SQL, build and maintain dashboards and reports and communicate analytical findings to all kinds of stakeholders, including senior leadership. Ensure the quality and reliability of these reports * Partner with experimentation leads to ensure data-driven hypotheses, measurement plans and statistical analysis * Monitor and report on content engagement metrics across platforms (e.g. video, articles, newsletters, podcasts, commerce). Identify high-performing formats, topics, and publishing patterns * Mentor new team members and contribute to collaborative forums across the data organization, developing best practices and team culture * Partner with finance to develop, maintain, and monitor operational business model and forecasting * Work across digital and commerce busines
