What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Extensive experience and proven expertise in strategic media planning (branding and performance), Prior agency experience, Proven experience in account management at the LATAM/Global level, Advanced English, Solid knowledge of retail media platforms (such as Amazon Ads) and major media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.) from a strategic planning perspective, Experience with media planning and research tools (e. g. , Kantar IBOPE Media, comScore, SimilarWeb, audience and competitor analysis tools), A highly analytical, strategic, and creative mindset, Excellent logical reasoning, Ability to translate data into action plans, Ability to work independently to develop strategies, Serve as a leader for the team, Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, Proficiency in organizational, presentation, and analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides), Sense of ownership and proactivity

Develop comprehensive and strategic media plans for branding and performance campaigns
aligned with the business objectives of the global beauty industry account

Conduct market research

Propose budget allocation across different channels and platforms
justifying strategic choices and potential return on investment
with a focus on digital media
including retail media and major platforms (Google Ads
Serve as a mentor for junior analysts on strategic planning topics
supporting the development of their skills and the creation of their own plans
Maintain constant and strategic contact with the client’s LATAM and global teams
to deeply understand their needs and present clear and effective media solutions
Actively collaborate with the activation and BI teams to ensure that plans are implemented optimally and that data is analyzed to generate strategic insights
Prepare and present media plans and strategic recommendations to leadership and the client in a clear
and well-reasoned manner
Identify new media opportunities and market trends
particularly in the retail and e-commerce sectors
to incorporate into client strategies
Monitor the competitive landscape and technological innovations to ensure that media plans remain up-to-date and effective
Actively participate in strategic meetings with the client
