Must Have
2+ years running and scaling paid acquisition campaigns, Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign, comfortable in YouTube and Microsoft Ads, Deep proficiency in GA4, attribution models and web tracking, Willingness to learn and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, etc.) for campaign ideation, creative production, and workflow automation, Sharp analytical and strategic thinking, Solid understanding of media buying, audience research, web tracking and campaign planning at scale, Excellent written and spoken English
