As a Digital Ad Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the steady hand guiding campaigns at Outside Inc to completion. Sitting at the intersection of Account Management, external partners, and execution, you ensure every campaign launches cleanly, runs smoothly, and delivers on its goals. You’ll manage the campaign delivery lifecycle end-to-end, translating client assets and timelines into clear execution plans, coordinating with our outsourced trafficking team, and safeguarding quality at every step. If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, spotting issues before they escalate, and working with data to keep campaigns on track, this role offers a strong foundation to grow your career in digital media. Key Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Execution Partner with Account Management to gather and validate creative assets, tracking tags, and campaign timelines Translate campaign requirements into clear, actionable instructions for the trafficking team Oversee campaign trafficking and setup, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client specifications Perform final quality assurance checks prior to launch Performance Monitoring & Optimization Monitor campaign delivery and pacing across channels (e.g., display, programmatic, paid social) Analyze performance against KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, and spend pacing Identify underperforming or at-risk ca
