Meets required training and certification, Ability to read, write, and understand English, Ability to communicate verbally, Ability to make self clearly understood, Ability to understand and follow instructions, Ability to move food serving and preparation equipment, Ability to safely utilize kitchen equipment, Ability to work under close supervision, Ability to perform tasks with due consideration for residents, Ability to cooperate and work with employees, Ability to learn basic food serving, cleanliness, and sanitation, Sufficient good health to discharge duties, Comply with Patient Rights, Comply with regulatory requirements, Comply with company policies and procedures
What You'll Do.
Wash off tables after meals
Prepare beverages and food
Serve food in dining rooms
Serve beverages to residents
Blend food in electric prepare steam table
Serve clean and sanitize carts
Receive and store groceries
Date and rotate canned goods
Detect and correct accident/injury situations
Report situations that cause accidents
Observe and report resident symptoms
Maintain compliance with Buckner policies
Maintain compliance with federal and state laws
Maintain compliance with agency regulatory guidelines
Provide training and support to new staff
Help with prep work for meal services
Develop and maintain working relationships with co-workers
Attend staff meetings and training
Perform other assignments and duties
