Provide and maintain high level resident engagement
Oversee meal distribution according to diet orders
and temperature control
Provide work direction and assignments to aides
Communicate on-going performance feedback
Orient new team members on department procedures
Teach proper use of department equipment
Initiate menu counts of normal and special diets
Print and distribute resident dietary cards
Control itemized food
Maintain inventory par levels
Track inventory and supplies
Record temperature readings
Audit dates on stored food and supplies
