Must Have
High School Diploma, Entry Level (0-3 Years) Experience, Food Service or Hospitality Experience, Serv Safe or required certification, Basic cooking and preparation skills, Thorough understanding of service techniques, Ability to seek instruction, Ability to interpret instructions, Ability to handle multiple projects, Fundamental understanding of diets, Ability to interact with personalities, Maintain positive and professional demeanor
Nice to Have
Experience with therapeutic diets, Experience with nutrition requirements, Experience with resident preferences
What You'll Do.
Follow and perform duties
Assist or serve meals
and verify meal trays
Remove soiled items/equipment
Distribute and collect menus
Assist in obtaining food supplies
Assist cooks in preparation
Prepare and deliver snacks
Assist in inventory control
Follow safety precautions
Perform kitchen utility duties
Wash and clean small wares
Clean and sanitize work areas
Keep work areas clean
Adhere to health department regulations
Ensure dining areas are clean
Attend required training
Meet department training standards
