What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience repairing heavy trucks (diesel and gas), Welding experience required, Must supply own tools, Ability to work overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts during snow events, Must be able to travel locally for field service calls, Must pass a background check and DOT drug test
Nice to Have
Technical educational training in Mechanics is preferred, Prior experience with snowplows and snow removal equipment strongly preferred, Class CDL preferred but not required
What You'll Do.
Diagnose and repair diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Repair and maintain hydraulic and electrical systems
Conduct emergency field service repairs
Assist with fabrication
and modifications to equipment
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts
Ensure compliance with federal and state safety requirements
and shop areas clean and
Perform other duties as assigned to support snow
