Performs basic vehicle maintenance
Perform component identification and minor repairs
Perform preventive maintenance
Diagnose minor mechanical and electronic problems
Identifies root cause of failures
Performs facility maintenance duties
Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System
Interacts with customers/drivers
Works in accordance with compliance guidelines

Works with the assistance of a T2, T3, T4, TIC SS or SM; Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization

verbal and written communication skills; Ability to read and/or listen and understand information and ideas communicated
