**Posting Date** 06/02/2026 100 Main StSte B, Middletown, Connecticut, 06457-3422, United States of America DaVita is seeking a full-time _Dilaysis Registered Nurse (RN) - FLOAT_ who is looking to give life in an Outpatient Dialysis Center! *****This position will support/_FLOAT_ to multiple DaVita Dialysis facilities throughout the Region. The ideal candidate must be comfortable floating between locations within a 30 to 40-minute radius of the Hartford, CT area***** **Responsibilities:** * Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting * Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes * Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians * Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options * **Float to nearby clinics in Region** as needed **What to Expect:** * Fast-paced, hands-on environment * Long-term patient relationships * Broad nursing skill application with medically complex patients * Paid training provided **Schedule:** * Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location * ** _Full-Time_** schedule working 3–4 days/week, 10 - 12 -14 hour shifts (alternating Saturdays) - **Sunday 's off**! **Qualifications:** * RN license in the state of practice * **At least 6 + months dialysis experience is required** * ADN required; BSN preferred * Basic computer proficiency * Reliable transportation for potential floating **Preferred (Not Required):** * Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) **Benefits:** * Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match * Paid time off and PTO cash-out * Family support: EAP, Headspace, parental leave, backup child/elder care * Career growth and tuition support DaVita – which is Italian for "giving life" – is working to provide quality service to patients, partners, and teammates.
