Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience., Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)., Current appropriate state licensure., 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility., 12 months experience in clinical nursing., 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience., Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test.

Nice to Have

3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience., Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience.

What You'll Do.

Manage clinic operations

Oversee Home Therapies Program.

Maintain medical and operations records.

Complete Annual Standing Order Review.

Manage clinic financials and P&L.

Responsible for network reporting and surveys.

Coordinate all aspects of patient care.

Educate patients on quality measures.

Act as a resource for patients and families.

Complete patient care assessments and care plans.

Manage patient schedules and missed treatments.

and validate patient eligibility.

Report changes in patient status.

Participate in hiring new team members.

Ensure staff training and licensures are current.

Provide support for clinical staff.

Maintain knowledge of company benefits and policies.

Complete employee evaluations and establish goals.

Responsible for physician relationships.
