What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), Current appropriate state licensure, 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility, 12 months experience in clinical nursing, 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience, Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
Nice to Have
3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience

Oversee Home Therapies Program
Maintain medical and operations records
Comply with data collection and auditing
Complete Annual Standing Order Review
Manage clinic financials
Review profits and loss
Responsible for network reporting
Manage on-site state or federal surveys
Coordinate all aspects of patient care
Educate patient on quality measures
Act as a resource for patient and family
Complete patient care assessments
Manage patient schedules
Develop action plans for missed treatments
and validate patient eligibility
Report changes in patient status
Participate in selection and hiring
Ensure completion of new hiring orientation
Ensure completion of mandatory trainings
Ensure staff complete training courses
Maintain current knowledge of company benefits
Complete employee evaluations
Establish annual goals
Document disciplinary actions
Confer with Director of Operations
Manage staff scheduling
Facilitate physician privileges application
Ensure compliance with Medical Staff By-Laws
Responsible for physician relationships
Ensure regular and effective communication
