What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), Current RN state licensure, Experience in clinical nursing, 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience, Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test
Nice to Have
Experience in a supervisory/management role, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience, Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Experience with medical database software

Comply with data collections and auditing activities
Complete Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding
Responsible for network reporting
Responsible for on-site surveys
Manage tactical execution of objectives
Coordinate activities for results
Administer daily business operations
Manage center staff functions
Manage quality of patient care provision
Manage maintenance of physical plant
Manage center equipment maintenance
Manage inventory control
Manage profit and loss
Manage financial aspects for the center
