What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current RN state licensure, Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test
Nice to Have
Experience in a supervisory/management role, in a medical facility preferred, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience preferred, Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with medical database software preferred

Partner with internal departments
Collaborate with Home Therapies Program Manager
Maintain integrity of records
Comply with data collections and auditing
Accountable for ICD coding completion
Responsible for network reporting
Manage tactical execution of objectives
Administer daily business operations
Manage profit and loss
Coordinate all aspects of patient care
Act as a resource for patient and family
Oversee completion of patient care assessments
Manage timely patient schedules
Report changes in patient status
Participate in hiring new team members
Ensure completion of new hiring orientation
Responsible for staff training completion
Provide support for clinical staff
Encourage professional growth
Maintain current knowledge of benefits
Obtain clinical feedback for evaluations
Establish annual goals
Conduct employee evaluations
Document disciplinary actions
Manage staff scheduling and payroll
Facilitate physician application process
Responsible for physician relationships
Ensure regular communication with physicians
Participate in Governing Body
Provide oversight to Clinical Manager/Charge RN
Address patient concerns
Develop and communicate efficient patient schedules
Assist with patient workflow
Implement and maintain CQI Process
Review Center operations for compliance
Develop and maintain Medical Director relationships
Support and drive FMS quality standards
Work with Charge RN and Medical Director
Oversee provision of appropriate training
Collaborate with Charge RN on adverse events
Ensure Quality policies are communicated
Maintain integrity of medical records
Manage day-to-day activities of facility staff
Create and communicate employee schedules
Provide informal feedback to staff
Manage department staffing
Maintain written documentation of disciplinary meetings
Ensure successful execution of new hire orientation
Ensure appropriate documentation for licensure
Provide training and guidance to staff
Collaborate with HR regarding benefits
Participate in employee recognition programs
Maintain working relationship with Division/Corporate
Utilize knowledge of FMCNA/FMS services
Maintain facility environmental integrity and safety
Schedule maintenance and repair of equipment
Monitor facility security
Coordinate inventory/supply management
Approve purchase orders
Ensure efficient utilization of medication
Contribute to policy and procedure development
Direct information gathering for billing
Coordinate and approve facility payroll
