Experience in a supervisory/management role, in a medical facility preferred, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience preferred, Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with medical database software preferred

Coordinate all aspects of patient care

Act as a resource for patient and family

Oversee completion of patient care assessments

Manage timely patient schedules

Report changes in patient status

Participate in hiring new team members

Ensure completion of new hiring orientation

Responsible for staff training completion

Provide support for clinical staff

Encourage professional growth

Maintain current knowledge of benefits

Obtain clinical feedback for evaluations

Establish annual goals

Conduct employee evaluations

Manage staff scheduling and payroll

Facilitate physician application process

Maintain integrity of medical records

Manage day-to-day activities of facility staff

Create and communicate employee schedules

Provide informal feedback to staff

Manage department staffing

Maintain written documentation of disciplinary meetings

Ensure successful execution of new hire orientation

Ensure appropriate documentation for licensure

Provide training and guidance to staff

Collaborate with HR regarding benefits

Participate in employee recognition programs

Maintain working relationship with Division/Corporate

Utilize knowledge of FMCNA/FMS services

Maintain facility environmental integrity and safety
