What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), Current appropriate state licensure, 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility, 12 months experience in clinical nursing, 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience, Successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
Nice to Have
3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience
What You'll Do.
Manage clinic operations including costs
Oversee facility's Home Therapies Program
Maintain integrity of medical records
Manage clinic financials and P&L review
Complete required network reporting
Coordinate all aspects of patient care
Ensure patient education on quality measures
Manage patient schedules and action plans
Plan and validate patient eligibility
Participate in selection and hiring
Ensure staff training and licensure
Complete employee evaluations and goals
Manage staff scheduling and payroll
Facilitate physician application process
Ensure regular physician communication
