What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), Current RN state licensure, Experience in clinical nursing, 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience, Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test
Nice to Have
Experience in a supervisory/management role, Med/surg or ICU/CCU experience, Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, Experience with medical database software

Manage and oversee daily operations
Ensure cost-effective facility operations
Collaborate on quality patient care
Make daily decisions for continuity of care
Ensure patient and staff safety
Market available services
and development plans
Partner with internal departments
Oversee Home Therapies Program
Maintain integrity of medical and operations records
Comply with data collections and auditing activities
Complete Internal Classification of Disease (ICD) coding
Responsible for required network reporting
Manage on-site state or federal surveys
Manage tactical execution of objectives
Coordinate activities with direct responsibility for results
Administer daily business operations

Manage profit and loss for the center
