What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Registered as a general nurse with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency), Current practising certificate, Relevant post-basic / tertiary qualification, Relevant clinical management experience, Minimum five years current relevant nursing experience, Ability to continuously reflect on nursing practice and apply learning as appropriate, Demonstrated organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to be self-directed, Understanding of the quality improvement process, Understands risk management and risk mitigation strategies, Demonstrated expertise in the delivery and co-ordination of clinical practice specifically within the haemodialysis setting, Leadership skills and demonstrated ability to co-ordinate and motivate the members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure customer focused service provision, Ability to manage human, financial and material resources, Sound knowledge of Work Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity issues, Computer literacy, Motivated with an ability to work independently, Role Model
Nice to Have
Certificate IV Training and Assessment, Clinical educator/adult learning experience
