What You'll Do.
lead key strategic initiatives
like M&A Integrations or Operating Model changes
shape and drive strategy activities
lead or be part of the M&A integration team that is defining the integration approach
play a key role in making the integration a success by reaching the defined end state objectives
driving and implementing strategic initiatives across functions
design the fit for purpose operating model
design integration approaches
diagnose integration topics
implement strategies to help drive integration decisions
oversees and coordinates the Operating Model design or integration work from planning to implementation
Develops and leads/coordinates program / project planning
Further develop and refine aspects of our overarching organisational design and operating model
run health checks of the organization
Drive the understanding of the organisational design choices
