What You'll Do.
Receive animal carcasses
Follow receiving procedures
Verify case information
Adhere to safety requirements
Adhere to biosecurity requirements
Visually analyze samples
Order appropriate tests
Catalog paraffin blocks
Review submittal forms
Interpret test requests
Interpret client instructions
Record tissue descriptions
Prepare samples for monitoring programs
Use automated staining system
Communicate with clients
