Experience in customer support, vehicle service, command centre operations, problem-solving skills, communication skills, Familiarity with DMS systems, ticketing tools, vehicle diagnostics (DTC/CAN), Ability to work in a 24/7 environment, handle critical issues efficiently, analytical skills for reporting and KPI tracking
What You'll Do.
Monitor DTC/CAN parameters
Raise tickets immediately
Respond to DTC/CAN alerts
Create internal tickets
Provide Level 1 support
Guide customers/drivers
Guide vehicles with critical DTCs
Instruct dealer for vehicle breakdown
Coordinate with dealers
Ensure issue/ticket is resolved
Provide management reports
Track and report KPI targets
Conduct job card analysis
