What You'll Do.
performing evaluations and quality control
safety and compliance testing of diagnostic imaging equipment
Complete radiation shielding design and shielding surveys
Demonstrate understanding of diagnostic modalities imaging protocols
Assists with special clinical R&D projects as assigned
Complete patient dose and risk assessment from ionizing and non-ionizing sources
Knowledge and involvement in Radiology Informatics (PACS
Demonstrate understanding of the AHN dose management program (Radimetrics)
Participate in departmental meetings
local and regional conferences
Assist with the delivery of patient care for special procedures
Minimum of 1 submission to a professional meeting or journal
