L’IMAD est une institution pionnière et de référence dans le maintien à domicile sur le canton de Genève. Elle assure des prestations de soins, de soutien, de prévention et de promotion de la santé 7j/7, 24h/24, à plus de 18'000 patients de tous les âges, dont 25 % ont moins de 65 ans. Avec ses 2'300 collaboratrices et collaborateurs experts et engagés, dont plus de 50 équipes déployées sur l’ensemble du canton, l’IMAD a pour mission de répondre aux besoins de la population et à son souhait de rester à domicile en autonomie et en préservant sa qualité de vie, lors de périodes de fragilité temporaire ou prolongée. Elle contribue également à limiter la durée des séjours hospitaliers, faciliter le retour à domicile et soulager les proches aidants. Reconnue pour son expertise et sa qualité des soins, l’IMAD forme depuis toujours la relève des professionnels de la santé et propose à ses collaboratrices et collaborateurs de nombreuses possibilités de formation continue. En tant que diététicien.ne, rattaché·e au service diététique du centre de nutrition et diététique, vos activités s’inscriront principalement entre la promotion de la santé et la prévention, la nutrition clinique à domicile et la restauration collective. Vous collaborerez avec les différentes équipes de l’IMAD, dont celles de maintien à domicile, des immeubles avec encadrement pour personnes âgées (IEPA) et des unités d’accueil temporaire de Répit (UATR) ainsi qu’avec les partenaires du réseau socio-sanitaire et les communes. Vos interventions se basent sur l’Evidence Based Practice (EBP) et la terminologie, et le processus de soins en nutrition (TPSN). Vos activités principales consisteront à : * Contribuer activement au maintien ou à la restauration de l’état de santé des patients
