What You'll Do.
Maintain guest privacy
Ensure quality customer service
Interact professionally with residents/guests
Answer guest questions
Provide information about local attractions
Utilize Property Management System
Keep records of occupied rooms
Prepare registration packets
Account for NGIS change funds
Prepare Close Bank Report
Secure NGIS cash receipts
Account for master/room keycards
Back up keycard system file
Run and print PMS reports
Assist in creating occupancy reports
Coordinate with Operations Department
Reconcile room status with Housekeeper reports
Liaise with Accounting
Verify charges for correctness
Make appropriate changes to charges
Complete computer-generated reports
Notate delinquent accounts/discrepancies
Handle customer complaints
Resolve problems tactfully
Refer unfamiliar problems to management
Notify appropriate department of trouble calls
Relocate guests to different rooms
Log pass down incidents
Track Lost and Found items
Contact guests about lost items
Retrieve lost items for return
Maintain logbook of locked out guests
Validate guest identity for lockout keycards
Provide escorts in guest rooms
Ensure availability of supplies
Ensure availability of amenities
Ensure availability of cleaning equipment
Ensure availability of linen
Consult management on work practices
Implement safety requirements
Implement fire prevention requirements
Implement SDS requirements
Implement environmental/industrial hygiene requirements
Use appropriate personal protective equipment
Keep front desk and lobby area clean
Act as Front Desk Associate Leader
Perform other related duties
