What You'll Do.
Handle DFS Operations
Be involved in Franchise Documentation
Develop and arrange Trainings
Backend support to DFS team
Detailed analysis of the DFS business
Foreseeing the challenges
Daily monitoring of performance
Resolve operational issues
Assign DFS/JazzCash credit
Ensures compliance with the defined timelines
Addressing the business queries
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
managing cross-functional projects; Work with the team; share resolution details with Sales Team; Backend support to DFS team; highlight improvement areas to senior management; suggesting ways to overcome these challenges; Resolve operational issues of JAZZ cash in coordination with Mobilink bank; Addressing the business queries raised by Sales team
