Must Have
University Degree and minimum 10 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years experience, U. S. Citizen, Experience with Git, Experience building CI/CD pipelines, Experience with AWS, Experience with Python, Bash, or PowerShell, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Understanding of SDLC and DevOps principles, Ability to work across technical teams, Understanding of secure software delivery, Familiarity with IAM concepts, Knowledge of service accounts, authentication, authorization, Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity requirements, Ability to support aerospace regulatory compliance
Nice to Have
GitLab administration and runner management, Terraform and Infrastructure as Code, Ansible automation, Docker and Kubernetes, Grafana administration and monitoring, Artifactory JFrog administration, Keycloak and identity management, Experience in aerospace, defense, or regulated industries
What You'll Do.
Support enterprise software delivery platforms
Assist with platform configuration
Monitor system health
Troubleshoot deployment
and automation issues
Collaborate with enterprise teams on platform capabilities
and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
Promote DevSecOps best practices
Support Git-based workflows
Assist development teams with onboarding applications
Support GitLab runners and build environments
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions
Work with teams supporting cloud infrastructure
Build and support containerized applications
Collaborate with infrastructure and cybersecurity teams
Participate in architecture reviews
Recommend improvements for reliability
Serve as technical advisor for GitLab CI/CD
Mentor system administrators and developers
Lead technical discussions
Provide guidance on solution design
Promote adoption of enterprise standards
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
