Must Have

Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce CRM platforms, particularly in enhancement, integration, operations, and support contexts., 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, release engineering, environment management, or secure delivery practices., Experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / release engineering / platform operations., Good understanding of secure SDLC, deployment controls, and environment governance., Familiarity with SaaS platforms and integration-driven enterprise systems., Awareness of security and operational control principles., Experience with Salesforce deployment processes and supporting cloud components., Experience in regulated or government environments.

Nice to Have

Relevant cloud or security certifications.

What You'll Do.

Manage secure release engineering

and DevSecOps practices for Salesforce CRM and its supporting components

ensuring stable and secure change delivery.

Establish and maintain deployment

and environment management practices for Salesforce CRM.

Support CI/CD or equivalent release controls for configuration

and integration changes.

Embed security checks and controls into the application delivery lifecycle.

Support secure handling of secrets

and release approvals.

Work with engineers and architects to ensure that platform and integration changes meet security and operational requirements.

Support remediation tracking

vulnerability handling

and audit/security review readiness.

Maintain deployment runbooks

and release procedures.

Assist with incident analysis where release

or configuration issues may be contributing factors.

The engagement is 1 year. **What will you do?** The project: As part of our ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM systems. The implementation of this CRM represents a strategic transformation from a traditional customer service model to an advanced cloud-based, AI-enabled omnichannel service model. This service transformation will be brought about through enhancements to the existing Salesforce CRM platform, with the objective of strengthening customer engagement capabilities while maintaining robust operational control and security measures.
